On Megastores, you can only write reviews for products you’ve purchased. These reviews and opinions are voluntary. Megastores does not take any responsibility for result of reading or following these reviews.
All reviews are public, so anyone can see what you write. You can’t add an anonymous review.

Megastores has no tolerance for fake reviews. We may take down any review that we think is fake or that doesn’t follow Megastores Product Review Policies.
- Megastores Product Review Policies:
- Customers who have purchased the product, only can add review for that Product on Megastores.com
- Customers can add/edit review for their purchased product within 30 days time from the date of product delivered.
- Every review once submitted goes for moderation and only then it goes live.
- Under moderation, if review is appropriate, it will get published on Megastores website live and its open for public to read it.
- Under moderation, if review is not appropriate, it will be rejected and you will have to edit it and re-submit it.
- All reviews submitted should be honest, authentic, original and unbiased.
- You can upload pictures or videos as part of the review. Megastores mobile app does not allow you to upload pictures from your album. You will have to use camera app to take live pictures/video of product purchased. This helps in uploading only original pictures.
- While uploading media as part of review, you can add maximum of up to 5 pictures and per picture size limit is 2 MB. Similarly you can add maximum of up to 1 video and per video size is 10 MB.
- Customer Reviews should be about the product. Feedback about the merchant, your shipment experience, or packaging can be shared at support@megastores.com
- Comments about cost of products, product availability or alternate ordering options are also not about the product and should not be shared in Product Reviews.
- If your review is removed or rejected because it does not comply with our guidelines concerning promotional content, you may not resubmit a review on the same product, even if the resubmitted review includes different content.
- Customers in the same household may not post multiple reviews of the same product.
- We may restrict the ability to submit a review when we detect unusual reviewing behavior, or to maintain the best possible shopping experience.
- You may not manipulate the Megastores Certified Buyer badge, such as by offering special pricing to reviewers or reimbursing reviewers.
